He previously served as Director of Finance and Corporate Services at CARE International and established the social investment and finance innovation work at Bayes Business School in London, where he remains a leading practitioner and lecturer on the charity finance MSc programme. He brings both academic rigour and extensive real-world consulting experience to every conversation about nonprofit financial leadership.

‍Caron Bradshaw OBE is a trained Barrister and former Chief Executive of Charity Finance Group, where she spent over a decade as one of the sector's most prominent advocates for strong financial governance and charity policy.
