Beyond survival: How financial intelligence will define the next decade for charities
Webinar details
The pressures facing charity finance aren't easing. Funding volatility, rising costs, governance demands, and sector-wide structural change are pushing organisations to make harder decisions with less margin for error. The charities navigating this best aren't just managing more carefully, they're operating with a different quality of financial thinking. This webinar asks what that looks like and what it takes to get there.
What you'll learn:
- Why "financial survival" is no longer a sufficient ambition for a growing charity, and what financial intelligence actually requires from senior leaders and boards
- The structural forces that are already reshaping charity finance and will continue to do so over the next decade — and how to read them clearly
- How finance leaders can shift from reactive financial management to genuinely strategic decision-making
- What the most financially resilient charities are doing differently right now, with practical lessons that translate across the sector
- How boards can engage more meaningfully with financial risk, sustainability, and long-term strategy rather than simply approving budgets and monitoring variances
