Enhanced Paternity leave

Take two single or consecutive weeks at full pay, less tax and National Insurance contributions in the normal way for the birth or adoption of a child.

Enhanced Maternity leave

If you’re employed continuously for 24 months before the expected week of childbirth, you'll be entitled to enhanced maternity pay; six weeks at 90% of your average weekly earnings, and 33 weeks at 50% of your base salary.
