Marketing
Growth Marketing Manager
Remote
This role is all about campaign execution, nurture programmes, and outbound sequences. You'll drive the engine that moves prospects through the funnel - designing multi-touch campaigns, building automated nurture tracks, and working closely with wider marketing and sales to make sure what we deliver converts. You're a hands-on operator who thinks in journeys and conversion points, not just channels. You'll plan campaigns end-to-end, build the workflows that support them, and use data to iterate until performance hits the numbers we need.
Product
Product Marketing
Remote
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment. The project manager will be an ambassador of the company by providing a high level of customer service.
Sales
Head of Sales Performance
Remote
Our business is scaling rapidly, and so is our Account Executive organisation. We are adding headcount, increasing deal complexity, and raising the bar on what great performance looks like. At the same time, we are investing heavily in specialist shared services including Solutions Consultants, Product Marketing, Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Talent Development. The Head of Sales Performance is a senior sales leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. The CSO retains full managerial accountability for the AE organisation, including line management of Account Executive Teams. Working alongside the CSO, this role owns sales performance, capability, and execution standards, ensuring the systems, discipline, and development infrastructure exist to sustain excellence at scale. As the business grows, more change flows into sales. New processes, new tooling, new messaging, and new learning are essential, but without strong hands-on guidance, they risk becoming fragmented or superficial. This role exists to bring coherence, judgement, and focus to how the AE organisation evolves. You are not simply implementing initiatives. You are setting the bar for performance, deciding what matters, and ensuring that the AE organisation grows in capability as fast as the company grows in ambition. This is not a player coach role, and it is not about managing deals. It is a leadership position responsible for defining, developing, and sustaining sales excellence across the business.
Account Executive
Remote
As an Account Executive at iplicit LTD you will need to be a highly motivated and results-driven individual. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospects, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
Sales Development Representative
Remote
The SDR Manager is responsible for the leadership, performance, and development of iplicit’s Sales Development team. This role ensures the SDR function consistently delivers qualified opportunities and contributes meaningful pipeline aligned to iplicit’s growth targets. Operating in close partnership with AE Squad Leads, the SDR Manager embeds the SDR team within vertical-focused squads to support strategic pipeline generation. The role also carries responsibility for tracking performance data, driving operational improvements, and developing future talent for commercial roles within the business.
Service
Head of Customer Success
Remote
The Head of Customer Success exists to lead a team of Customer Success Managers in creating Raving Fans: customers who love iplicit, advocate for us publicly, and actively refer us to their networks. You will carry a focused personal portfolio of 10 to 15 strategic accounts where Head-of-CS-level engagement adds genuine value, while setting the standard, developing the capability, and owning the operational performance of a team of five Customer Success Managers, two Senior Customer Success Managers, and the Enablement POD (POD Lead and two Trainers). You are not a coordinator. You are accountable for how this team performs commercially, operationally, and culturally. Net Revenue Retention is owned at executive level, but you are responsible for the conditions, behaviours, and interventions that make NRR possible. If the team is not performing, that is your problem to solve.
Associate Trainer - Adoption & Enablement
Remote
The Associate Trainer is an exciting entry point into iplicit’s Adoption & Enablement Pod, ideal for someone looking to build a career in SaaS training and customer enablement. Whether you are transitioning from a customer support role or are a talented graduate with a passion for finance and technology, this role offers a structured path to develop your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. You will work alongside experienced trainers to help customers succeed after their iplicit implementation, supporting them through operational milestones, delivering community drop-in sessions, and assisting with small order work. The focused, repeatable nature of the sessions means you will build expertise quickly and develop real confidence in customer-facing delivery. You will be an ambassador of the company by providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Adoption & Enablement Trainer
Remote
We are looking for an experienced finance professional and skilled trainer to join our new Adoption & Enablement Pod. This role is at the heart of a service that sets iplicit apart: helping customers succeed after go-live by providing hands-on support through their first critical operational milestones and delivering responsive small order work. Unlike traditional project-based training delivery, this role is reactive and varied. You will deliver milestone support sessions (first month-end, first VAT return, first year-end), facilitate community drop-in sessions for new users, and handle small configuration or training orders that require a fast turnaround. You will also provide technical product expertise to support Customer Success Executives during customer calls. You will be an ambassador of the company by providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Adoption & Enablement Pod Lead
Remote
The Adoption & Enablement Pod Lead is responsible for leading a small, hands-on team that delivers post-implementation support and manages small order work for iplicit customers. This is a player-manager role combining direct delivery with team leadership, workload planning, and customer engagement. Unlike the project-based consulting pods, this pod operates reactively, responding to customer needs as they arise. The team helps customers navigate critical operational milestones after go-live, delivers community drop-in sessions for new users, and provides a rapid-response service for small orders that would otherwise face unacceptable wait times. Small orders are scoped, time-limited pieces of work (typically under 2 days) covering additional configuration, refresher training, or process-specific guidance, which do not require a full project engagement. The Pod Lead is directly accountable for the quality of delivery from the pod, measured by customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and the successful enablement of customers through their first key milestones on iplicit.
