“I really like the way I can quickly and easily change how I view information within iplicit. I can view by fund, by period, by project, just by changing the view with the little cog icon, rather than by running six different reports. When I realised I could do that, I thought: ‘Mind blown.’”

“I would say the month-end close is about two or three days quicker with iplicit. The work of seven or eight days has been shrunk into five.”

“I’d say we can now do at least 3.5 days of the old way of doing things in less than a single afternoon!”

“We moved seven years’ worth of Sage data into the archive and produced opening balances. It was a really easy process, enabling us to shut down our old system and have no need to pay for ‘right to use’ access to get to historical information.”

“Producing our management accounts used to take between two and three days each month. Now, I don’t need those three days at all. I would say it takes half an hour to an hour.”

“The team has not only increased efficiency and saved hours in the working week, but there’s also no longer a need for additional, expensive in-house support or external consultancy costs. We’re delighted we made the switch to iplicit.”

"iplicit allows us to do different things, in a better way. It also future-proofs us, so we don’t have to keep looking to upgrade the software.”

“We’ve seen a lot of time savings with iplicit. At the end of the month, there used to be 30 or so reports to compile in Excel. Now, it’s basically self-serve for the budget holders, so that has saved an incredible amount of time."

“Before iplicit, we had to use spreadsheets which had been designed by one of my predecessors and over time, changes had been added and eventually started to break, which created a lot of work and manual manipulation."
