Key Responsilbilities

  • Work as part of a project team to deliver training services for both new and existing clients.
  • Create and deliver customer training sessions, in person, online and through e-learning.
  • Provide ad-hoc refresher training to our customer base.
  • To work closely with the project delivery teams on multiple projects at any one time.
  • Assist with the maintenance and content of our LMS.
  • Guide our clients in optimising their processes through best practices.
  • Successfully deliver training within the scope, time, budget and quality.
  • Raise issues & risks to the project manager and Professional Services Manager as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other members of the implementation and support teams.
  • Keep skills and knowledge levels up to date.
  • Continually assess and contribute to service process improvements
  • Maintain relationships with:
    • Customers
    • Team members
    • Suppliers and Third-Party Organisations working with the customer
  • Identify and feedback on potential software improvements around the application design, functionality, and UI experience
  • Delivery of internal staff training
  • Delivering the front-line service to our customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide systems support, where necessary to clients and associated companies
  • Development and maintenance of adequate documentation and procedures for end users
  • Assisting other team members as required
  • Attendance, where required, at regular meetings to discuss development progress
  • Continually contribute towards the company knowledge base for the enhancement of company services provided
  • Develop personal knowledge of business/ software as required to support the Company’s key activities.

Core Compentencies

  • Prior training delivery experience on SaaS finance software (Essential)
  • Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience working with external customer-facing projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to our customers
  • Industrious, willing, and able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to remainobjective and goal-focused under pressure
  • Organised, methodical and conscientious
  • Demonstrates stability; reliability; continuity
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-reliant, confident, decisive
  • Good general IT knowledge is essential
  • Competent user of MS Office applications including MS Excel
  • Willing to travel UK-wide and occasionally internationally
