Key Responsibilities:

·        Plan and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns from brief through to delivery -across email, events, webinars, partner activity, and content syndication

·        Build and manage nurture programmes that move prospects through the buyer journey based on behaviour, segment, and intent signals

·        Design and optimise outbound sequences for SDR and marketing-led outreach, including A/B testing subject lines, copy, cadence, and CTAs

·        Own marketing automation workflows in HubSpot - lead scoring, lifecycle management ,list segmentation, and handoff to sales

·        Produce and coordinate key campaign collateral across formats - including emails,landing pages, lead magnets, one-pagers, ad creative, and social assets

-  working with content, design, and the wider marketing team to keep quality high anddelivery on time

·        Work with the wider growth team to integrate campaign activity with ABM programmes, paid channels, and partner marketing

·        Track and report on campaign performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, email engagement, and sequence conversion rates

·        Work closely with sales to align on lead quality, follow-up processes, and feedback loops that improve what marketing delivers

·        Run experiments across campaigns and nurtures to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel

·        Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies to keep execution on track

·        Report on marketing performance, pipeline influence, and forecast pipeline contribution to leadership

 Core Competencies:

·        3+ years' experience in growth marketing, demandgeneration, or campaign management within B2BSaaS - with demonstrable pipelineand revenue impact

·        Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent)for marketing automation - including email campaigns, nurture workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation

·        Proven ability to plan, build, and optimise multi-touch campaigns end-to-end - not just thestrategy, but the execution

·        Experience designing anditerating on outbound emailsequences with a clear understanding of what drives openrates, click-throughs, and replies

·        A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaignand funnel metrics to inform decisions and improveperformance

·        Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing-sales handoff processes - you understand what happens after marketing delivers a lead

·        Strong project management instincts - you can jugglemultiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines without dropping things

·        Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with sales teams on shared pipeline goals

·        Results-oriented with a track recordof hitting or exceeding pipelinetargets

Nice to have

·        Experience in fintech, accounting software, or financial services SaaS

·        Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools

·        Experience with marketing attribution tools (e.g. Hockey Stack, Google Analytics)

·        Familiarity with modern GTM tooling such as intent signals, Clay, or similar data enrichment platforms

·        Experience orking with outbound/SDR teams on sequence design and lead handoff
