• Support the delivery of post-implementation milestone sessions, helping customers through their first month-end, VAT return, and year-end on iplicit under guidance from the Trainer and Pod Lead.
• Co-facilitate and, asconfidence grows, independently deliver community drop-in sessions for newusers.
• Assist with small order work including refresher training, minor configuration tasks, and ad-hoc customer requests.
• Prepare session materials, documentation, and follow-up notes for customer engagements.
• Provide front-line support to customers in a professional and courteous manner during all interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including timesheets and session notes.
• Collaborate with the Trainer and Pod Lead to continuously improve session content and delivery methods.
• Develop and maintainstrong product knowledge of iplicit, attending training sessions and keeping upto date with new features and releases.
• Contribute to the company knowledge base by documenting common customer questions, tips, and best practices.
• Assist other team members as required and participate in team meetings and development activities.
• Guide customers inoptimising their processes through iplicit best practices.
• Practical understanding of core accounting processes, including month-end close, VAT returns, and year-end procedures. A formal qualification is not required, but you must be able to understand what customers are doing during these milestones and why.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Willingness to learnand develop training and facilitation skills.
• Organised, reliable,and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with apositive attitude and genuine desire to help customers succeed.
• Competent user of MS Office applications, including Excel.
• Experience in acustomer-facing support, helpdesk, or service role.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, finance software, or ERP systems.
• Degree in a relevantfield (e.g., accounting, finance, business, IT) or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering training, presentations, or workshops in any capacity.
• Willingness to travelUK-wide and occasionally internationally.
This role is designed as a development pathway. As you build productexpertise and delivery confidence, there are clear opportunities to progressinto a full Trainer role within the Adoption & Enablement Pod or move intoconsulting, support, or customer success positions across the wider business.
