Analytics Consultant

Key Responsibilties

• Deliver front-line service to customers professionally and courteously
• Collaborate closely with the project delivery, support, and internal product teams
• Work as part of a project team to deliver implementation services for new and existing clients, including:
  
  • Creation and maintenance of forms, reports and enquiries
  • Customising existing forms, reports, and enquiries
  • Writing and refining SQL scripts
• The work will involve both chargeable activities and in-house requirements
• Assist in training staff and customers on forms, reports, and Excel functions
• Contribute to the company's knowledge base to enhance the services provided

You Will Be Expected To

• Maintain accurate timesheets for fee calculation and record-keeping
• Ensure accurate resource scheduling for project and staff management
• Work and communicate proactively and effectively with all stakeholders (customers and internal)
• Manage time efficiently to balance multiple customer projects and requests
• Stay focused, organised, and goal-oriented under pressure
• Demonstrate reliability, continuity, and stability in your work
• Be self-reliant, confident, and decisive in your approach
• Develop skills in SQL, C#, WPF and APIs
• Continuously update skills by attending relevant training sessions
• Prioritise workload based on demand and urgency
• Set realistic expectations and timelines for deliverables
• Expand personal knowledge of business and development software
• Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally

Qualifications

Essential

• Good general IT knowledge, including an understanding of cloud hosting and related technologies
• Advanced user of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel‍
