Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain     strong relationships with prospects, serving as their main point of     contact and understanding their business goals.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business     opportunities with potential prospects including developing strategies to     increase average order value.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract     negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms while closing deals     to meet or exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
  • Cross-functional     Collaboration:     Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, implementations,     product, and customer support, to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on     account performance metrics, analysing data to identify trends and     opportunities for growth.

 

Core Competencies:

  • Experience in the financial software industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and client management processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial software industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
